he Himalayas, running west to east across

countries, forming an arc of two and a
half thousand kilometres, is the world’s tallest
mountain range. The Himalayas support one
of the largest and most diverse forms of flora
and fauna. The mountain range offers refuge
to humans who are dependent on animals to
survive here.
