• This offer supercedes all previous subscription offers
• This offer is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Issues are also available without this offer
• This offer is valid only till stocks last
• Subscription offer and rates are valid in India only
• For multiple subscriptions, attach separate coupons (photocopies allowed) along with separate cheques/DDs.
Dispatch & delivery –
• Please allow a delivery period of 6-8 weeks (after remittance) for the first issue to reach you & a time period of 45 days for the dispatch of subscription gift (if any)
• Spenta Multimedia & Smart Manager Media Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for postal or courier delays.
• In case of non-receipt of the magazine copy, please inform the Subscription Department within 15 days for monthly magazines & 45 days for bi-monthly magazines
Remittance & payments –
• Cheques / DDs should be payable to Spenta Multimedia for all magazines except The Smart Manager.
• Cheques / DDs should be payable to Smart Manager Media Pvt. Ltd. for The Smart Manager magazine
• Cheques/DDs must contain the code/address of the issuing branch.
• Please write your full name and address and sign on the reverse of the cheque / DD
• Cash will not be accepted
General –
• Terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time
• Disputes, if any, will be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai only
• We will never disclose your personal identifiable information to companies not owned by Spenta Multimedia who want to market products or services to you, if you refuse to entertain any mail from companies not owned by us
