PARTICULARS OF LOANS, GUARANTEES,
SECURITY OR INVESTMENTS UNDER SECTION 186 OF
THE COMPANIES ACT, 2013:
During the year, the Council has made Loans and Investments
to person or other body corporate within the limits specified
under section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013. The Council
has not given any guarantee or provided any security in
connection with a loan to any other body corporate or person.
The details of the loans and Investments made can be referred
from the financials for the year ended March 31, 2016.

CONTRACTS OR ARRANGEMENT WITH RELATED
PARTIES:
There were no contracts/transactions/arrangements entered
into with related parties pursuant to the provisions of Section
188 of Companies Act, 2013.

CONSERVATION OF ENERGY, TECHNOLOGY
ABSORPTION, FOREIGN EXCHANGE EARNINGS AND
OUTGO:
Particulars with respect to conservation of energy and tech-
nology absorption, as required as per Section 134(3)(m) of
the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder, are
not applicable to the Council.
The foreign exchange earnings and outgo during the period
are as follows:
